Ryan Carter is Nadler Law’s Office Manager and Paralegal. She provides paralegal services, implements efficiency workflows, and manages day-to-day work processes for the Firm. She has 20 years’ experience in legal support roles at law firms in Ohio and Texas.

Ryan graduated from Stark State College in 2005 with an Associate of Applied Business in Legal Assisting Technologies. In 2020, she became a NALA Certified Paralegal and earned NALA’s Advanced Certified Paralegal credential in Trial Practice. She is passionate about keeping informed about advancements in legal software and technology to meet the modern day demands of litigation and law firm operations. Ryan takes great pride in her work and believes every matter deserves to be managed with high-quality attention to detail and optimal efficiency.

Ryan worked with Noah at a prior firm for many years and shares Noah’s vision of providing the firm’s clients with exceptional legal services and small firm attention.

Outside of her profession, Ryan enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband, Chris, her stepson, Brendan, and her son, Pauly. She is a voracious reader and belongs to several book clubs and literature study groups.
